This Privacy Policy explains how Focused Fitness Personal Training LLC, doing business as Muscle Mommy Coaching ("Muscle Mommy Coaching," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit musclemommycoach.com (the "Site") or use our coaching services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Muscle Mommy Coaching is a service of Focused Fitness Personal Training LLC, located in Maple Lawn, Maryland. You can reach us any time at 2fpersonaltraining@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and a limited amount of information automatically.

Information you provide

  • Contact and lead details — your name, email address, and (if you choose to give it) your mobile phone number, submitted through forms on the Site such as the free-guide request and contact forms.
  • SMS consent — whether you have opted in to receive text messages from us.
  • Client onboarding information — if you become a client, information you provide through intake, health-history, waiver, consent, and media-release forms, which may include health and fitness details you choose to share so we can coach you safely.
  • Communications — the content of messages you send us by email, text, or form.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic technical data — our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the Site secure and running. The Site does not currently run third-party advertising or analytics tracking.
  • Cookies — the Site uses only the cookies strictly necessary to load and display pages. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this Policy first.

3. Payment information

Payments are processed by Square, Inc. When you purchase a membership or session, you enter your payment details directly with Square. We do not receive or store your full card number. Square's handling of your information is governed by Square's own privacy policy.

4. How we use your information

  • To deliver the free guide and other resources you request;
  • To provide, schedule, and personalize coaching Services;
  • To communicate with you about your account, sessions, and questions;
  • To send you emails and — only if you opted in — text messages with tips, reminders, and offers;
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site and Services;
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

5. Email and text messages

If you request our guide or subscribe, we may send you marketing emails; every email includes an unsubscribe link, which we honor promptly. If you check the SMS consent box, we may text you occasional tips and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited ways:

  • Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host (Netlify), payment processor (Square), scheduling tool (Calendly), and email/SMS delivery providers. They may access your information only to perform work for us.
  • Legal and safety reasons — when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, the public, or our business.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, sale, or other transfer of the business, subject to this Policy.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes — for example, we retain records of who opted in to texts and when, as required by law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. Your choices and rights

  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and opt out of texts by replying STOP.
  • You may request that we access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing 2fpersonaltraining@gmail.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; contact us and we will honor rights that apply to you.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites and tools (such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Calendly, and Square). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services; please review their policies.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
