Honest fit check

Is this a fit?

You're a fit if:

  • You want to be screened before you're loaded
  • You're in perimenopause or postmenopause and want programming built for that, not adapted to it
  • You want a coach watching your form, not an instructor counting reps
  • You're willing to commit to three sessions a week

You're probably not a fit if:

  • You want a class where everyone lifts the same weight
  • You're looking for the cheapest option in Howard County
  • You want to train alone with headphones in
  • You think three sessions a week is negotiable
  • You want the scale to be the only thing that matters

Questions

Before you book

You train in a small group capped at five women, each running your own individualized program. You get a coach's eyes on your form the whole session — it is not a class where everyone does the same thing.

Drafts run every other Friday, which keeps each payment smaller and lines up cleanly with a two-week block of sessions. It is simply how the schedule is organized — there is no long lock-in beyond your chosen agreement.

The 12-month agreement locks in a lower every-two-weeks rate in exchange for committing to a year. Month-to-month costs a little more each draft but you can stop with proper notice. Same coaching, same inclusions on either plan.

Month-to-month members can cancel with written notice before the next draft. Twelve-month members are committed for the term; we handle genuine hardships (relocation, medical) case by case. The 30-day money-back guarantee covers your first month either way.

No — sessions are allotted weekly and expire weekly. If you miss one, book a makeup within the same week or use a $50 drop-in. Unused sessions do not bank into the following week.

Perfect — most women here started exactly there. We screen your movement at intake and begin with regressions matched to what you can do today, then progress the load as your technique earns it. You are coached through every rep.

Often, yes — with the right approach. We screen for it at intake and adjust breathing and loading accordingly. If symptoms show up under load, we refer you to a pelvic floor PT and coordinate your training around their guidance.

Progressive strength training supports and improves bone density, and it is generally well tolerated. With osteopenia we avoid loaded spinal flexion and impact, and we build load gradually. Keep your physician in the loop; we program conservatively around their guidance.

No — that's your prescribing physician. We build your training around whatever they have you on and never advise on medication. Tell us your stage and how you feel session to session, and we adjust the work accordingly.

If the coaching isn't right for you within your first 30 days, tell us and we refund what you've paid for that period. No pressure and no hard feelings — we would rather you be a genuine fit.

Five women max. That's the whole model.
