I built my practice specifically around the perimenopausal and postmenopausal body β€” because too many women in their 40s and 50s walk into a gym, get handed a program written for a 25-year-old, and then get told they just aren't trying hard enough when it doesn't work.

I won't pretend I know what perimenopause feels like β€” but I've done the work to understand what it does to training, recovery, and nutrition, and I'll meet you exactly where your body is. Peri or post, I program them differently, because they are different.

Good to know.

I'm postmenopausal β€” is this still for me?

Absolutely β€” post is where strength training matters most. Bone density and muscle become use-it-or-lose-it once estrogen drops for good, and lifting is the best tool to protect both. I program peri and post differently, because they respond differently.

Where are you located?

Fulton, MD (Howard County) for in-person semi-private. The Digital track and the Jeans Challenge digital option are available anywhere.
